If you receive a PPS Invalid message on the register page, it is likely you have
- entered your PPS number to this screen previously
- confirmed your email address
- Forgot to check (or maybe didn't receive) the email with your temporary password,
How to resolve...
Go to your email and use the search function in your email client to search all folders for the words “iPayslips@jefferson.ie”.
If it is in Junk Email, you will need to white list it or mark is as "Not Junk" to receive future emails.
If you cannot find it...
Check with your IT Dept (if you are using a company email domain) to see if these emails are getting blocked on your server (and have your IT Dept white list these emails) as it will only cause problems in the future for you and your colleagues if they are.
