Using a non-company email address and are not receiving emails?

If you are using a web mail (webmail) email address and have not received your temporary password, or are having trouble receiving emails from iPayslips, they may be going into your spam / junk folders.


Please do the following:

  1. Run a “search” on your email folders for an email from and it should be found.
  2. Mark it as NOT spam / junk to prevent future emails going to your spam / junk email folders.
