If you receive a Invalid PPS message it is likely you have completed the Step 1 of the registration process and are now “in limbo” between Step 1 and Step 2 of the registration process. You need to complete Step 2.
How to resolve...
Search your email folders for an email “iPayslips@jefferson.ie”.
If it is in Junk Email, you will need to white list it or mark is as "Not Junk" to receive future emails.
If you cannot find it...
Check with your IT Dept (if you are using a company email domain) to see if these emails are getting blocked on your server (and have your IT Dept white list these emails) as it will only cause problems in the future for you and your colleagues if they are.
