If you are using Internet Explorer and iPayslips seems to be non-responsive, buttons, don't work, or screens don't load, please carry out following:
Internet Explorer (IE)
- Click the "Tools" menu (up to IE10) or click the
icon (IE11 or higher). You can also try ALT+X to open the tools menu option. - Select the “Compatibility View Settings”
- Add the site URL “ipayslips.net” in the add this website textbox.
- Click on “Add” button
- Click on “Close” button
- Restart Your browser and try again
Pop-up Windows
Your browser may also be blocking pop-up windows. Go to your URL bar and look for a symbol with a red mark on it. Click it and allow pop-ups for this site.
If you are still having problems, i.e., nothing is happening when using payslips please also try using Firefox, Chrome or Safari (Mac) as an alternative.
