A recent update of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) has caused a view compatibility issue when viewing individual payslips.
Issue: While you can see your payslip list once you click a payslip you may find yourself unable to see that specific payslip.
To see your payslips correctly when you click into them please carry out the following to fix this problem.
In Internet Explorer (IE)
- Click the "Tools" menu (up to IE10) or click the
icon (IE11 or higher). You can also try ALT+X to open the tools menu option. - Select the “Compatibility View Settings”
- Add the site URL “ipayslips.net” in the add this website textbox.
- Click on “Add” button
- Click on “Close” button
- Check if your payslips are no displaying correctly.
If you still cant see your payslips also try using Firefox, Chrome or Safari (Mac) as an alternative.
The mobile version is NOT affected.
