If you are missing some previous payslips there are a number of reasons why this can happen:
- Your PPS number or email may not have been provided or been available when your first few payrolls were processed. For security, iPayslips requires both an email and PPS number for the payslip to be uploaded.
- Payslips older than 24 months are automatically removed on a rolling basis, i.e., we only hold up to 2 years on the site. Older ones can be requested from your employer.
- If you have moved payrolls then you may see a drop down menu in the top right-hand corner of your main payslips page. From here, you can choose which payroll/employment you want to view payslips for.
If none of these explain your missing payslips please submit a ticket to us describing the issue.
