Please note that you cannot RESET your password or your account on the mobile web app. You must go to the desktop version to do this. There is a link to the desktop version on the mobile web page
Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your PPS number and click Submit.
You will see the following (please read this carefully:
- Check your email for a RESET link
- Click the RESET link in your email
- Change your password to a new one
- Once complete, log back in using that new password
