Messages containing PPS not recognised or PPS does not exist, can mean one of the following:
1. You are a first-time user and it is not yet pay day....
Solution --> wait until pay day and try again.
2. Both mandatory data, email and/or PPS are not on the iPayslips application.
Solution -- > Please check with your employer (person responsible for providing payroll changes to Jefferson) if they have provided both your email and PPS number to us.
