If you used the Forgot Password facility and the reset email hasn't arrived, please:
- Search your email for the phrase “iPayslips@jefferson.ie”
- Mark the email as NOT SPAM/JUNK
- If you cannot find it - submit a ticket to us
If applicable, also check with your IT Dept to see if they are blocking emails from iPayslips@jefferson.ie and ask them to white list them.
Otherwise it will cause issues with you for future "Forgot Password" or "RESET" email requests.
