No email received?

If you have completed step 1 of the registration process and cannot find the email that was sent to you with your temporary password please do the following:

Corporate or Work emails 

Double check your SPAM / Junk folders for an email from

Otherwise check with your IT Dept to see if they have blocked an email from and ask them to white list these emails.

Otherwise it WILL cause issues for any future "Forgot Password" or "RESET" emails
